Our training program aligns with those offered by all major training agencies in Canada. On top of being approved by our Medical Director and Local Base Hospital Program, we meet or exceed the standards set by other national training agencies. CCFP(EM) is an experienced Emergency Physician with many years experience in rural areas of Eastern Canada and in Emergency Medical Departments including North Bay General Hospital, North Bay, Ontario. Dr. Henstridge also has been the Medical Director of NBGH Base Hospital Program for many years. Ready4Rescue is focused on becoming the premier provider of emergency response training in Canada. Our Standard First Aid is both provincially and nationally approved by WSIB and HRSDC. Our professional instructors include paramedics, police officers firefighters, nurses and other professional educators. They bring their extensive first hand experience, helping to enhance your training experience by ensuring that course participants gain both practical and theoretical knowledge. Many of our instructors are qualified to deliver training at advanced levels and we provide training to formal First Response Teams, Fire departments and government agencies. Our Medical Director has extensive emergency medicine experience and oversees the development, content and delivery of our programs. Our First Responder, Oxygen Administration, AED, WHMIS and/or First Aid & CPR programs are also used by fire departments, police agencies, and even at the college level including Canadian Career College and The Canadian Security College. We work with many private corporations including those in the manufacturing, forestry, mining, and electrical utility sectors. We also offer instructor opportunities accross Canada.
